We produce original music, including arranging, recording, mixing and mastering.  The songs and albums are prepared for release across streaming services and also for physical release via vinyl or CD.

Music is prepared for distribution, including securing all rights.  Distribution to all major streaming services.  Sales and distribution of physical recorded media.

Music Publishing Support

Original songs are registered and fully protected on behalf of the songwriters through ASCAP and other global publishing rights organizations.

 

DP Mayan Productions LLC is a registered Arizona corporation that specializes in music production, distribution and publishing.

 

DP Mayan Publishing is a trade name (DBA) of DP Mayan Productions LLC, registered in Arizona. It is a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP), an American performing rights organization (PRO) that licenses public performances of its members’ music and distributes the collected royalties to songwriters, composers and publishers.  ASCAP operates as a not-for-profit entity.

Songtrust, a global digital music publishing administrator that helps songwriters, artists and producers register their music and collect publishing royalties worldwide.  It ensures creators keep 100% of their copyrights while automating the complex process of gathering international mechanical and performance royalties.

 

SoundExchange, a non-profit music tech organization designated by the U.S. government to collect and distribute digital performance royalties.  It pays out master recording royalties to creators when their music is played on non-interactive digital  and satellite platforms.
